Reviews and Ratings
The room was spacious with comfortable beds and seating, but it seemed more suitable for a single person. The service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. The location was good, offering a beautiful view despite stormy weather. The dining experience had some ups and downs, with lovely food but also some disappointments. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting basic guest requirements.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were lovely but a bit inconsistent - our room felt tired and hot while the bathroom was very cold. Despite this, it would have been great while enjoying drinks from the bar. The service had highs and lows, with some staff going above and beyond while others lacked clarity and cleanliness. The location was overall good with beautiful grounds, but a noisy motorway could be heard. Dining felt lackluster, and I wouldn't recommend the pricey options. However, I enjoyed the facilities the hotel had to offer.
Despite a 3 pm check-in time, we still had to wait for our room to be ready. The room was either boiling hot or freezing, as the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted well. It felt a bit cramped and outdated compared to the nice public areas.
